I try three different computers and phones to login into my account, but it always shows “Looks like we got our wires crossed. We weren’t able to process your request at this time. Please try again later.”
  I already wait for a week, but nothing change, I can’t pay my payment and I can't use this number.

I get same message. What is the problem. 

I have no clue.  I never get any answer from tech.  And when I finally connect to someone I always lose the call.  I have full signal
