I called support to get my kids old 6s phones unlocked so I can let someone else use them. I recently made some payment arrangements, and support won’t let me until I am paid up on my bill. WHY?
I have been a customer for over 3 years. I have new phones that we use on our current plan. I have paid off those other phones. They are mine. What is paying my $250 phone bill going to do for you in that I can then unlock the phones that I own.
The rep on the phone told me that it so I don’t go use the phones somewhere else. What? So now I am not trusted? Honestly, this really doesn’t sound legit. I’ve done nothing but be a customer. I had no plans to switch, but now with all the better deals out there, maybe I should.
