Can you Switch devices in a family plan among the members and keep your # intact. I am on a EIP with JUMP and want to transfer this to another member who has already paid out for the EIP.

Yes. The number is tied to the SIM card. Put the SIM of the number you want in the device you want it in and power the device back up.
