How can I get someone on the phone to cancel my service?!? I have spent 4 hours today trying to speak with someone, and when I finally do and tell them I want to cancel my service, they throw my call back into a 2 hour queue. I am beyond infuriated with your horrible company and terrible customer service!! I will be reporting you to the BBB and calling my credit company to block all charges. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!
