I placed my New account order online 5 days ago and signed the EIP document but NOW the system nor 4 of the 8 people I've spoken to can find the order. 2 days ago I was told that the back of the house operations team said that they would be "mailing my phone in the next day or so". Tonight I was told that "my order is incomplete so its not going to process anyway". When I asked why it is incomplete I kept getting bounced between departments. I used to be a customer and had no issue but NOW?! I'm exhausted and disappointed.
Has ANYONE had this issue or know how to fix it????
