card companys keep canceling my order for a new phone.

Tried two cards. Both active and with available credit. both card companies canceled the order. What exactly is happening? I can see no reason for the orders to be cancelled.

You'd need to contact each card company if they are the ones cancelling an order and inquire.

Contact Tmo as well to see if there is some holdup on available inventory.

We cannot, as customers, access your info.
