Change from Sprint - now all six numbers use me as caller ID

All phones on my account now use my name for caller ID. I went into my profile and Caller ID for each line and changed the names, but the changes did not stay and immediately went back to my name. I can type the correct name in, save it and it still shows the name, but when I leave that webpage and then go back to it, the caller ID name has reverted back to me.

Anyone else having this issue or know how to solve it?

Give Customer Care a call or reach out to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter through direct message to have them make the changes for you.  The changes will take a couple of days to take effect once changed.
