Hi I need some changes
Why is the website jump you around when trying to change your plan. This is confusing as several other customers complain about the same issue. Seems every time I call the rep gives me the run around and always replies I’m not eligible for the service. I will cancel my service with you if the I receive the same ongoing treatment.
