Anyone try to update to a new password in the past couple of days? The requirements in black print say I need 8 characters, 1 letter and 1 number. After entering my current password and shifting cursor to the field for the new password, new requirements pop up in red indicating 8 characters, 1 lower case and 1 upper case and 1 number (adding the additional requirement of both upper case and lower case). So I enter the new password with all the requirements indicated in red. I get a message indicating invalid password. I tried limiting the password to only 8 characters but no joy. I called their customer service number twice but all they want to do is reset my password which I doubt will solve the problem. If this is a problem with T-Mobile’s system, I assume others must be having the same issue.
