I upgrade TMobile plan few months ago for more data. I got twice charges from my credit card within the same billing cycle. I called the customer and he said wait for few months will get adjustment. But I have been waiting over four months still nothing happen. Does anyway I can ask for refund? I’m getting lost my confidence with TMobile as seven years customer.
