Charged after moved out

Hi,

I have no idea why I’m charged on 5/31 for June’s service since I moved out on 5/20. More detail is I moved in on 12/31/2021 and then being charged on every month’s last day. I have used no more than 5 months’ service that is from 12/31/2021 to 5/20/2022 but I have been charged 6 times. 

Plus, I can no longer login to my account now. It asks me to bind a phone number, no other way for login before doing this, however when I entered my phone number it stuck their and refused sending me any confirmation code.

Am I going to be charged next month without any means to do anything?
