I ported it over from Verizon after two days I decided to port back. I had reached out to customer service prior to that and they told me that I had 14 days for buyers remorse and I would not get charged for anything. There’s a satisfaction  guarantee, Today I went into my bank account and I saw that T-Mobile withdrew $96 from my account. When they told me they were not going to charge me for anything.. has that happened to anyone? I already submitted a complaint with the FCC. Hopefully they help me figure it out
