I found this info in the t-mobile app on the Home Screen upon logging in
We have two phones with 15gb/30 day international passes. On the primary phone I can see the data usage as in the above screenshots but it doesn’t show on the secondary phone. The web interface doesn’t seem to show data remaining for either phone.
Any suggestions how to check this without calling customer service? They didn’t have an answer btw…
You can check the data usage on an international pass on any of your lines by logging into the desktop website and then:
Enter your username or e-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
