I signed up and switched from Verizon. I was promised, “ Bring your own phone or getone on us with 24 monthly bill credits. ( we will pay it off up to $800 with a virtual mastercard.)
NOW THAT I am trying to submit the documents from Verizon to confirm I have paid the phones off. I cannot find where to access this option on the website.. I should be easy. I should not have to call and speak to someone in a foreign country to access the option to collect on this promise.
