“Customer details not found in cache”

Every time when I try to log in to my T-Mobile account. The stuff just pop out, sometimes even with “bad request”. I can not pay my bill nor change my plan, does anyone have the same problem as I?

I’m also seeing this issue, after having done a lengthy process to switch plans (I had to get a new T-Mobile account and then “port” my number from my old T-Mobile account; unfortunately, My T-Mobile does not seem to work anymore). You may be able to pay your bill by doing a ‘guest payment’, that seemed to work for me. 611 let me attempt to setup AutoPay, but I haven’t gotten confirmation yet.

I am also having this problem. Did you find any solution?

No, the auto payment from 611 does work, and I don’t really need anything from my account, so that’s good enough for me for now.
