In mid-December I sent a letter to T-Mobile Customer Service and emailed it to Callie Field, Executive VP and Chief Customer Experience Office. T-Mobile provided the customer service address on the website.

There was no reply to my letter.  Does T-Mobile respond to complaints?

T-Mobile does not care about customer service, actually, T-Mobile fricken hates you. Did you see that on April 2, T-mobile will start unConstitutionally FIRING unvaxxed employees and put people on unpaid leave if they only have one vax? this is the sign of a company that has lost its spine. Cowards.

I will be moving to another carrier. T-Mobile sucks!

I recently had my acocunt hacked repeatedly. Someone had been purchasing iphone 13’s under my account. I IMMEDIATELY contacted customer service to report it. I changed my password and put a block on my account. The NEXT day another phone was purchased under my acocunt. Customer service promised that I would get two months free service becasue of the headache and inconveniience this caused. Insted of giving me a credit, they charged me an additional fee for suspending the phone line that the “hacker” was using to purchase the phones. As of now, my child  has been without a phone and they NEVER gave me a credit AND they charged me for suspending the line despite them trying to remediate or fix the problem. You can’t get through to a corporate number or a US cusotmer service number. Their customer service is horrid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND T-MOBILE to anyone!
