I will remain a TMobile customer entirely based upon their EXCELLENT customer service. Ina day when so many businesses are lacking in customer service I am amazed at the friendly, courteous, helpful and Patient customer service personnel at TMobile! Whatever they are doing to choose and train their customer service personnel should be a model for others. TMobile… keep it up!
