I have been trying to cancel 3 lines since last year November.  Each time I have been lied to and told they would handle it.  I’m so tired of this run around.  The customer service employees seem to have no regard for the truth.  Looking for better service currently.

1 If you can go to a T-Mobile store and have it gone there if not possible contact T-Mobile through T-Force or Twitter online. Higher level of customer support.
