Hello, I no longer use T-Mobile and have unlinked my phone number from my account but it wouldn’t let me delete my account. Every time I log in, it wants to link my phone number which is a different carrier. I have tried calling support but they said they don’t have the ability to do it. I’d also would like to delete this support account as well.

Hi MichaelBlastzI am so sorry for the delayed response, but we got your back. It is super important not to have your email associated to things you are no longer using. I can get the Community profile deleted for you. To remove the email from our T-Mobile ID system, our Team of Experts does have some options available and a ticket process for the rest. I would encourage you to reach out to them again. You are also able to contact our care team by messaging us on Facebook or Twitter.
