Hello, I no longer use T-Mobile and have unlinked my phone number from my account but it wouldn’t let me delete my account. Every time I log in, it wants to link my phone number which is a different carrier. I have tried calling support but they said they don’t have the ability to do it. I’d also would like to delete this support account as well.

Hi MichaelBlastz, I am so sorry for the delayed response, but we got your back. It is super important not to have your email associated to things you are no longer using. I can get the Community profile deleted for you. To remove the email from our T-Mobile ID system, our Team of Experts does have some options available and a ticket process for the rest.
