Did everyone else go through a hugely convoluted process to get the service in place?

Tried to set up 5 lines for my family, 3 family members in remote geographies. Each store had a different process, each store had new issues. Unbelievable. One store said I physically had to be onsite, another said the already paid for SIM cards had to be paid for again.  Tons of customer services calls, missteps on TMobile’s side, 

 

Is this really the way it is supposed to work?

Oh that’s totally not how it’s supposed to work. Sorry it’s been so confusing. You should reach out to our Care team through our Facebook or Twitter channels. Our T-Force team works there and I’m sure they can help.
