DO you check bill?(you should TMobile illegaly charges/fraudulent activity)

SO this haopened tmobile tried to illegally charge me.  I called them out on it and Carrie the agent was like oh well we refunded it so no big deal but only reason you refunded it is because i called you out on it and said i would report to FTC.  IF i didnt catch or was on autopay TMOBILE would of illegally taken 5 from my account.  SO not only will they put and illegal item on bill/ create fraudulent bill if you domt catch them they will also take the $$ for that fraudulent charge that tmobile created.

Please people get off autopay, go back to paper statements and def check your bill every month.  stats 101 if you have over hundred thousand customers and fraudulently charge one chances are you are doing it to others.  think hypothetically tmobile does this to 1000/month times minumin of $5 per customer thats an illegal 5000/month tmobile is fraudulently charging customers, thats over 50,000 a year....hypothetically if tmobile did do this on massive scales they are collect alot of illegal money.

def reporting to FTC and may file class action...please let me know if this has happened to you?

You can go ahead and forget about class action lawsuits. Anyway most everybody checks their bills. everybody on the new plans has the same amount every month. It doesn't go up it doesn't go down so it's pretty easy to check.

I'm on a tax included plan for the last few years and my bill last changed

18 months when I bought new phones and hasn't changed since.

BTW stats 101 is 1000/$5 ($5,000), $5,000 a month at 12 months a year is $60,000 not $50,000.

Also you didn't say what the charge was for?

Plan isnt new have had it since 2014 and bill is never seems to be same exact amount each month.  Also not everyone has ability to easy check bill whether from access disability etc.  I know my dad wouldn't of caught because of is mental disabilities and dementia. So i figure there are a lot out there that dont check bill.

Unless your payment wasnt late which mine was not then it is if they were to take it out of my bank account with autopay and i alerted chase, chase said it would be fraud as it wasn't a legal late fee as my bill payment wasnt late. So I'm going with peoples advice that know laws on this

I doubt a clerk from Chase knows the law that well , at least the ones I dealt with.

BTW, I studied law and became a paralegal and interned with the States Attorney's office.

Was personal banker clerks cant answer those questions. Awesome you studied law im assuming sense you brought it up You studied law in this area?

TMobile has been fined various times for customer deception/ illegal activity. Other various companies for. Comcast to verizon have been fined for things like this.so is FTC also wrong?

even if you're set up on auto pay if T-Mobile is not able to withdraw those funds because of a card error or Bank error or change of payment medium information then yeah it was late.

Lol I know what a late payment is my payment was on time.

Once you give Tmobile approval for auto pay and Tmobile withdraw funds for a monthly

payment it's not a "fraudulent" charge even if the amount is wrong. Now if the double charged

you then a case could be made.

I'm sure you're next post will be the head of Chase told you that. LOL

If there is a specific charge on your bill that is not supposed to be there due to a T-Mobile error, we will always correct this for you.

Why would i say talked to head of chase. I already said talk to personal banker reading 101.

Also auto pay you authorize monthly payment, not monthly payment with random charges.  Bill has to be accurate in autopay also you can not just have wrong charges lol as lawyer I'd think you'd know that.  Its in consumer protection laws.

You went from a personal banker "clerk" to a personal banker so that's

why I'm guessing since the story keeps changing.

Never said you wouldn't correct. Just that there was illegal charge on bill.  Shouldn't of had to deal with issue in first place.... As there shouldnt be charge on first place.

And if i didn't bring it to attention anxd argue about it i would of just had to pay. Luckily I have ability to catch these things unlike others who may have disability etc that cant catch these things its why legally bills need to be 100% accurate and there are consumer protections laws for these reasons.
