I do believe you can! Depending on if you’re using an Android or Apple the process will be different.

For Android: Back up your contacts to Google if you haven’t already, then go to http://contacts.google.com On the left column, you’ll see Export.  This will appear:

Select the type of file you wish to have, then click Export.

If you’re on an Apple, you’d go to Settings>Tap your Apple ID at the Top>iCloud>Contacts; make sure your sync is turned on (the switch should be green) to back up your contacts to the cloud.  Then sign in to http://www.icloud.com and choose Contacts.  Press the Settings icon in the lower right hand side of the screen (the one that looks like a little gear) :

Click “Select All”, click the Settings icon again, then select “Export”.  Your system will automatically download the vCard file, then you will need to convert it to CSV.

I know that there are apps in the App Store that would allow you to convert a vCard file to CSV but I can’t personally recommend any. Just do a search and look for one without ads and has a high rating.

Hope this helps!
