I was told that I qualify for a discount with T-mobile because I’m with an affiliated Employer. To confirm employment, I keep receiving texts like the one below. However, when I click on the link, it just opens up my account page and there is no option there to verify employment:

The last job that offered a discount I had to use this webpage.
I’m also having this problem there is no option for employment verification and that link tells us to call T-Mobile

The last time we did this, we had to send a lot of information, including from a company e-mail for verification, to a specific e-mail address at T-Mobile. I am not sure if it still works that way but the discount for NASA, $3 a month, wasn’t worth the hassle that has to be repeated each year.
