Finally was able to login after talking to support...

not sure if this will work for you guys but for some reason i am no longer able to log in from the main tmobile website. https://www.t-mobile.com/.

From what i was told was because i’m a PREPAID  costumer the link between systems is no longer working and i need to log in through the pre-paid site. https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/home

Having the same issue

this worked for me too

I was having trouble creating an account as a new user. I tried support both in chat and on the phone, both told me bullshit about “oh it’s being resolved, try tomorrow”. Unsurprisingly, it did not work “tomorrow”.

I used this link I found from a Reddit thread which took me to a different signup page that didn’t have the error: https://t-mo.co/2tdCnci

Thanks!!n this worked for me. I am prepaid.

Tried the app which wasn't ready for me, which sent me to the main tmobile site and I've been trying to login over there. But followed this direction and was able to get in.

This worked. Thanks!

I have a prepaid tariff and in the last 2 months I could not enter my account.  Only through this link you can go

https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/home

Thank you!!! The prepaid page worked for me. I appreciate you all for this thread!

Being a postpaid customer, I got the same error on Firefox and tried using chrome (without incognito mode )and it worked.

I assume that somehow something is within Firefox temp. cache which prevented the site to open.

Same issue here. Ugh!!! I’m postpaid and I have tried all the links that are mentioned! So frustrating!!!!

Service Unavailable.

F451 : Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later.

That’s what I get when I try to associate my new Internet gateway’s phone number with my T-Mobile account.  Stayed on phone with Philipines for over ½ hour and got nowhere.  Tried to chat but nobody was replying in the chat.  They need an email account you can send the specifics of the problem to so they can then call you or email you with solution to the issue.  Part of the problem is my phone is on a separate TMobile account which my wife set up, but the home internet is under an account I set up, using another email address to keep down the confusion….but apparently it still confusing their system.  But...the gateway works great...and that’s the most important part I guess...20 times better than my old AT&T DSL connection which I’ll be getting rid of now!  Thank you TMobile !!!

We are back again at the F451 error. The https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/home links does not help anymore, as trying to login there will lead you to https://account.t-mobile.com/  which now can link both prepaid and postpaid accounts under the same one ID and login.
This used to work in February, and now it’s back to errors for many days. I can’t even login from my pre-paid plan iPhone itself, neither in systems setting or the T-Mobile app. As usual, only the pre-paid accounts fail, of which I have two. My one post-paid home internet account remains accessible. Same issue for any browser I tried.

I don’t know what’s going on with T-Mobile’s IT, but this has been an embarrassing mess for years. I have been following it. <rolling my eyes>

The error seems to be fixed now, as of a few days ago.
@F451_Error if you still have the issue, that’s interesting. Maybe several T-Mobile server locations of which not all have been fixed? Or there is some added level of chance, when the error happens...

I can sign in to T-Mobile on my mobile device for our personal family account.  I did not use the app because it is setup for my business phone number. BUT sign in is problematic for this personal account on my laptop and I get the F451 error.  Neither of the links given in another forum post on this worked for me (prepaid or postpaid.)  What did work was to sign into the Forum and then click the My Account link at the top right and click Log In. :-|

I'm a new internet client as of a week ago, but can't create id due to this message Service Unavailable.

F451 : Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later.

I've spent about 12 hours trying to fix at a store and three different online support folks with no luck.

According to the tmobile online forum the error message is common and there is a solution, but nearly impossible to get to a tech that will help.

Same thing here.  Called them and was told go to a local store to solve the problem.  But local store said I need to call the customer service to handle this issue...bla bla...
