I wanted to take a moment to thank my customer service supervisor Jeff today. I was dealing with an extremely confusing issue today. He took the time to sit with me on hold multiple times through Asurant twice, and apple once. Before finally we hit a wall and then taking the time to isolate the issue and then finally finding the answer. He’s amazing and while I didn’t get the opportunity to provide a survey response rating him excellent. I wanted to make sure it was recognized and seen. So thank you Jeff.
