Other threads didn't resolve the issue. I am able to log in via my phone but not my pc. Apparently t-mobile is aware of the issue. Any idea when this issue will be resolved?

How about some more information….What operating system are you using on your PC? Which browser are you using? Is your Tmobile account post paid or prepaid? AND what steps have you already tried?

Windows 10. Asrock mobo. Amd TR 3975. 64 Gb gskill memory.   Chrome, Firefox, Dissenter, Brave, Edge.

Sight: prepaid.t_mobile.com

Removed cookies and retried. Keeps redirect me to nonexistant page then to error.

 

Any idea when the issue will be fixed?

and click on MY TMOBILE in the top right corner.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried that a few times. It keeps redirecting me. I also tried on my laptop with no luck.

It’s supposed to redirect you to enter your credentials...
