I moved a line to t_mobile around December 1.  I moved it because they said they were giving me a free phone.  The first two billing cycles went by and they were billing me monthly payments.  After a lot of time on the phone, now they say the best they can do is give me the phone for $100.  How can they have such bad tactics ?
