I need to file a ClickIT Ticket so I can replace a broken device with another iPhone.
When I try to do it on the my account page , I get the error
“This phone has already been activated for Sprint service.”
( iPhone was previously on TING, but not active on any account anymore)
I already spent Hours yes hours in Sprint support chat and unfortunately they have no idea how to fix that, I had to google and try to instruct them as what to do and to file ClickIT Ticket
