What is the contact to file a complaint? I’ve been given the run around from TMobile and Assurant for the past week regarding a replacement phone. I have been disconnected multiple times. I have been on the phone with both companies since 9 am this morning - it is now 10:30. I am on hold now but still problem not resolved. I keep getting the run around. I have been a customer for nearly 15 years. Do I contact FCC, BBB? There doesnt seem to be a complaint contact on TMobile’s website.
