I have been a T Mobile customer for 24 years. My card ran out and my account was suspended - with a last minute notice. I tried to get into my account to update the card but security requires either an SMS or an email to my T-Mobile email account to access it - neither of which is possible if the account is locked - a real Catch 22. Is there any way around this aside from a ‘phone call?. In addition auto pay is suspended and one has to actively reinstate it.
