I have called customer service 3 times today about my final bill… each time disconnected and no call back any time. This is why we cancelled service … horrible service and customer service.  Can’t find my account due to cancellation?  I guess that means there is no final bill owed!!!

You will probably receive the bill on your accounts due date if you have a balance.

Once you port your number all carriers shuts your online account down. Happened to me with Verizon and Sprint.
