Have family plan - need different names on caller ID per line

Getting conflicting responses - I have two lines with TMobile - - both of them show the account owner on the caller ID when we call - - I would like that to change to the actual person - one being the account owner on one phone and then the other being the other family member on the account on their phone...how can this be done?

Actually that thread has some old steps that we usually don’t bother with anymore. Our current troubleshooting steps definitely cover this situation though. Since this is happening on all calls, you’ll want to contact us over the phone, in the T-Mobile app, or through Facebook/Twitter so one of our Experts can change that line’s Caller ID registry.
