Haven't received my replacement phone

I'm in a bit of a pickle, I ordered a replacement phone for my s20 last Friday through the 360 protection with assurance. The issue is I was supposed to get it on Monday but never got it and Fed ex says due to weather my phone is in Memphis tennessee(I live in Las Vegas). My problem is I was told in the email that i have to send in my phone by March 1st or I'll be charged 900 dollars but If my replacement doesn't come in will I have to still send it in? I need my phone for work and also was planning to transfer all my data to the replacement. What should I do if the replacement comes after March 1st?

That is an unusual situation.  Unfortunately, no one here can help you with that.  However, try reaching out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter to see what they have to say.  Personally, I think you shouldn’t have to send in the other device until you receive your replacement, but that is just my opinion.
