I am from Mexico a relative brought me a Tmobile device but it is not unlocked and says that it is like I would like to know how to continue paying so as not to lose the device but it does not have a chip or anything my family does not have any data is there a way to continue with the payments and thus continue using the equipment?

The SIM unlock requirements are pretty specific.ย  Your relative can request the SIM Unlock, if they meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements including being a T-Mobile USA customer.
