I got a suspension notice whats the time frame that tmobile gives you to pay it off before service is suspended? What would be the minimum payment they would take. Also tried to pay via phone but it shows info for the account that my phone is on and not the info for the other phone(the one with the suspension notice) which that phones account is under my name.

Hey mzpinkz‌,

There is not a specific time frame from when the account becomes past due to when the services is interrupted for non-payment. We got your back though as we do offer some pretty flexible payment arrangement options that would allow you additional time to pay as well as split up the amount you owe if you are interested. In order to set up a payment arrangement, you can follow these steps using the number on the account that is currently past due.

‌would i be able to go in store and pay part of the bill there? Considering that i got the account so that my authorized user could have a phone also since my # is part of another account for this the past due account i don't know which is the # for it since my authorized user kept changing phone numbers for it. Would it be simpler to go in store to pay and request a copy of the last bill?
