hi help please i got phone as gift from my friend. it is lock on t-mobile so need unlock!
i have no t-mobile sim card i live in georgia is it possible to unlock my smartphone ?!

Hey there 😊 If you got this phone from a friend as a gift, you will need to have your friend contact us to request that the device be unlocked since they were the original owners of the phone. There are certain account and device requirements that must be met by the original owner in order for us to be able to unlock the device. You can check out these requirements here.
