You can pay your bill through your my.t-mobile.com account, over the phone through 611, or at your local T-Mobile store.

No!  I was able to login successfully.  Your screenshot is the first time I have seen that.

It is weird. When I login, the site request that I enter a security code and then displays the message that you saw. This has never happened before. Especially if everyone else can access their accounts without any issues.

I found out what the problem is. Other people are having the same issue. They doing updates to their system. Thank you for your assistance.
