Home Internet - Had to reconfigure Device after 2 days

Hi,

Just received the tmobile home internet modem two days ago, everything was fine until this morning when the devices would not connect to the internet.

The message on the modem said download the tmobile internet app. I went into the app and it made me reconfigure the modem again.

Is this normal? How often does this happen? Have others seen this?

I have not disconnected my current internet provider yet, but if this keeps happening, I will probably keep my current provider and return the modem.

So far, the speeds are very good, but I also need a reliable network.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
