I'm being grossly over charged for a mistake t-mobile made and the manager reviewing my case doesn't have any customer service skills. I'm being talked over, interrupted left on hold for over 35 minutes and being hung up on without any answers!! This is not okay!! How is a supervisor allowed to act like this?

you can also try contacting them via Facebook or Twitter..you start with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 agents.
