I bought an iphone x s max with t mobile sim block three years ago, but now I am living in Türkiye. I can not using my telephone with Türkish GSM operator. How can ı cancel sim blocking. imei numbers are below. Please help me.

I used this phone since 2018 with sim unlocked. however update to iOS 17 now sim lock. SPRİNT- MVNO is transfer to t-mobile. but i have no excellence english to speak customer service international
