I am shocked and appalled by this situation. I recently paid $95 to correct an error in my understanding of my due dates. After that it was clear to me that my next bill would be due on April 5. However… my phone was just cut off with the notice that my APRIL payment overdue. I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN BILLING. But I can’t because…. my phone is cut off and there seem to be no online options. This system is a nightmare!
