My credit card does not have a zip code but it is required even I changed the country.

You may have to pay using a US-backed payment method, instead of foreign currency.

The reply to this question is fairly unhelpful. I was able to make a payment last month with my Canadian Visa, but there was a specific way the agent told me to do it and I can’t remember it now. Hopefully someone has an actual answer to this?

For what it’s worth, I entered ‘00000’ as the zip code using a Canadian credit card and it immediately authorized. I made the payment two days ago, and it has shown up in the ‘posted transactions’ for my credit card -- so I think the payment has actually gone through.

I previously tried doing a direct payment from my Canadian bank account, and while the payment initially authorized, it ended up not going through (and then my payment was overdue). So using an international bank account seems not to be the way to go.

Just updating from my last post… using ‘00000’ as the zip code worked. Never had any problems processing payment.

I had entered 00000 on my previous card which had been setup for the last three years. My foreign card is now expired and the new card won't be accepted with the Zipcode.
