I just bought the Samsung s21 on promo a couple weeks ago, that particular promo ended, I believe on the 1st of April. I need to send my Pixel in to receive the promotion credit, how long do I have to send it in, is it 30 days? I received the s21 phone on Monday, the 5th.

Returns need to be made within 14 days! All returned devices have a restocking fee that is usually $50 or more.
I'm sending the phone back for a promo, not a return. My question is, how long do I have after I receive the new device to send the old device to T-Mobile to get my credit towards my new phone? I think you may have misunderstood me because they should not be charging me a $50 fee. Thank you

You have 30 days from the date of your order to have it sent in. If you don't receive your new phone before that point, it will be a mess if you don't send it off in time.
