We want to end our family plan and go to the 55+ plan for the parents. The three other family members would get their own plan.  Or, is there a way to move the parents to the 55+ plan and leave the others on a family plan?  One of those left would assume control of the family plan?

You will need to do a COR and someone would need to take over as the PAH on the other account.

You could do it either way you want.

Transfer account or line ownership | T-Mobile Support

I don’t have the 55+ plan available to me online, so I guess I will have to go in to a store or take a chance that phone support can get it right.  Trying to avoid both circumstances.

Their should be a form in that link to start the transfer.

There is a link for COR for business accounts.  I don't see anything for personal accounts.

My main issue, though, is changing my plan to 55+ and not screwing up the family plan for those who are left.  Without going into a store.

When I did my COR taking over a line I did it over the phone. Both parties need to call into Tmobile to give consent and set up the primary account holders for the plans.
