I need to see my call log from 2021 how can I go back that far? It use to be easily available when I tried five years ago or so just like the records are now but they just went back as far as your entire account.

You need to either call Tmobile support or go to a store and have them print them off. You can only go back 18 months in your MyTmobile account.
