I have an ongoing issue that I cannot get any help from the call center. Ideally, I would like to talk to a local Regional Manager for the Northern California area. I’m having some issues with one of their “non-corporate” stores. I feel I have been lied to by their staff about promotions. I would also like corporate to take notice of this store and their practices. It seems like I am not the only one who this has happened to from this particular location.
