I have been a customer over 10 years. The current customer service SUCKS! How do I insure I ALWAYS speak to someone from the USA or UK only!
For me, I try to call as early in the day as possible. 7AM ET is usually a good way to get someone on the east coast. If you are a prepaid customer, all of their Customer Care services are contracted out to keep the prepaid rates competitive.
I have had the account with them for over ten years and they suck. When they were Nextel never had a problem. Even when they were sprint no problem. Now the are t-mobile problems start to happen. They are never solved in any way. Sick of calling them and getting same story. Now know when they talk to you must be read from the same book. Who ever did the hiring did not do a very good job. These people are not trained to do a good job.
