i have a tmobile simple choice prepaid account and i have traveled to india. I'm not getting any network coverage here. Is htere any way i can freeze my account during the period i'm out of country so that i wont be charged for the not using the serv

You can Suspend Your Line for 90 days.

There is a $10 charge per month during the suspension.

Not sure how it works for Prepaid accounts.

Probably the best way is to contact T-Force on social media (contact us link above)
