TMobile is billing me for service I did not authorize and never received. I have called customer service ( a 2 hour wait each time) and been assured that I I did not authorize service and do not have an active account. But then I called to follow up because I had no paperwork reflecting any of 3 conversations with Customer Service.…. Customer Service itself activated the account and gave it a number after verifying that I never authorized it nor did I ever have service. Threatening to damage my credit now and demanding $175. This is extortion.
The only number I have to call is Customer Service. I have sent letters and not received replies. Is the a consumer agency that can help since T Mobile has made themselves unavailable?
